Brian T. Sipperly

Brian T. Sipperly is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker (NYS) at BlueBird Commercial Real Estate, LLC and has been an active licensed real estate professional since 2017. He specializes in commercial and industrial transactions ranging from site-selection due diligence, landlord/tenant leasing representation, property sales and investment acquisitions. Mr. Sipperly is also the co-owner and Principal Project Manager for Verity Engineering, D.P.C., a Civil Engineering firm based in Troy, New York.
Mr. Sipperly’s background in executing large development projects makes him a well-suited partner for corporate clients and individuals seeking expert advice on identifying and executing critical real estate transactions. His knowledge and years of experience of managing real-world projects from conception through certificate of occupancy enables him to provide excellent service to all his clients. Mr. Sipperly has intimate knowledge of all aspects of land development including the complexities of permitting and regulations. He has fostered great working relationships with many municipal planning and engineering departments and also state and federal agencies. He has many years of experience integrating the required multi-disciplines of real estate transactions to get projects quickly approved and constructed.
Mr. Sipperly graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering. He is a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) Greater Capital Area Chapter and the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB), and is Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Certified (CIREC) designation.
Born and raised in New York State’s Capital Region, Mr. Sipperly continues to reside just outside of Albany, New York in the Town of Guilderland with his wife and two kids.

Ravi S. Modasra
Ravi S. Modasra is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker at BlueBird Commercial Real Estate, LLC and has been an active licensed real estate professional since 2012. His real estate experience includes all aspects of buying, selling and leasing real estate. Mr. Modasra has represented landlords, tenants, buyers and seller in several industries with an extensive focus on hospitality and hotel product. Mr. Modasra brings tremendous value to Hotel investors and is well versed in all aspects of Hotel & Hospitality Brokerage including land and property acquisition, all states of development, financing, franchising and repositioning-dispositioning of assets. Prior to working in real estate, he had over a decade of real-world experience as principal for several hospitality holdings in New York State.
A third-generation businessman, Mr. Modasra understands the inherent goal of any business, to make a profit, and prides himself on building long lasting relationships with clients. Mr. Modasra is also Vice President and principal owner of The Mohawk Companies (mohawkcompanies.com), a full-service real estate development and management company based in Schenectady, New York.
Mr. Modasra graduated from Siena College with a B.S. in Accounting degree. He is a board member of New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) Greater Capital Area Chapter, a board member of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB) and a board member of Rotary Club of Scotia District 7190.

Mr. Modasra holds a B.B.A. in Hospitality Management from the State University of New York at Delhi and an M.B.A. in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University. He is an active board member of Discover Schenectady and the Hospitality Division at SUNY Schenectady.
